Client: 18 Carlton Crescent
Background: Southampton based barristers practising in civil,
crime, family and employment law. Requirements: initially,
design a new logo and print on stationery items.
An initial meeting established a desire to unite members
of Chambers under a single 'brand', which would represent their
attributes as a set.
The challenge was to devise a logo which would convey
a modern, upbeat and approachable tone, whilst clearly distinguishing
18 Carlton Crescent from their neighbours and competitors. Various
technical requirements were also considered, such as the need to
fax and photocopy clearly.
This initial meeting enabled us to develop a number
of different ideas based upon the issues discussed. These were presented
as visuals to members of Chambers in order to gauge their reactions.
A number of constructive comments and preferences were then heard,
before final visuals were considered and a choice was made.

Subsequently, this logo has been applied to Chambers'
stationery items. Soon after, we designed and produced a new content
managed website
and member profile pack (below) for their 'launch' party.
